By submitting this application, I give Homes Cabinet permission to review the photos, videos, and information submitted with my application for evaluation purposes. I also authorize Homes Cabinet, if my application is selected, to photograph and record me and the renovation project and to use my name, likeness, story, interviews, photographs, videos, and before-and-after project footage for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, Homes Cabinet's website, YouTube, digital advertising, and other promotional materials.

By submitting this application, I confirm that the information provided is accurate. I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Homes Cabinet will select the recipient based on need, project feasibility, location, property eligibility, and other relevant factors. Final selection is subject to verification of home ownership, an onsite property evaluation, and agreement on the final project scope. Homes Cabinet reserves the right to withdraw a selection or choose another recipient if the information provided cannot be verified or if the property is determined to be unsuitable for the project after an onsite evaluation. No purchase or payment is required to apply. Additional work or items outside the approved project scope are not included unless agreed to in writing by Homes Cabinet.
