Return Policy

A 20% restocking fee applies to all qualified product returns. Homes Cabinet will only accept returns on unopened and undamaged products.

To begin the return process, please bring the product to our warehouse pickup/delivery area for inspection, along with your Sales Order/Delivery Order number. This information is required to move forward with your request. After the inspection, our front office will assess eligibility for return, refund, or exchange and will contact you with the next steps.

Any claims for concealed damage or missing items must be reported within 30 days of receipt, along with pictures of the original packaging. Please send these to [email protected].

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON ASSEMBLED CABINETS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
